LUKE DE-SCISCIO

Between the years of 2014 and 2024 Luke De-Sciscio recorded seventeen full length albums. These songs, though recorded live and often through no more than a single microphone, became the tablet upon which he chronicled the seasons of his life.

It is no small miracle that from that vantage point, weaving tapestries from behind his guitar, Luke De-Sciscio amassed over 10 million plays on Spotify, was invited to open for legends such as Cat Stevens and Jose Feliciano and has become a frequent spin on BBC6MUSIC.

In March 2024 Luke De-Sciscio welcomed his daughter to the World and over the next six weeks recorded an album that sits amongst the top 50 albums of the year on Album Of The Year.org.

His music has been described as ‘impossibly, world-stoppingly real(Marc Schuster) and ‘viscerally beautiful(Real Goblin).

Lyrical potency takes center stage amongst the elasticity of his voice and the born-in grasp of his guitar.

Iᑎ ᔕIᒪᐯᗴᖇ

Bristol-based act who create alternative folk music, with highly personal and emotive songwriting at its core. Illustrated by arrangements which range from a whisper to grooves that get people moving.

To date they have headlined at The Louisiana and The Grain Barge in Bristol, as well as performing at The Canteen as part of Live Bristol showcases, and supported fellow artists at the Old England. They also regularly perform at open mics and showcase evenings across the South West. More recently, they successfully put on their own Headline show at Fish Factory Arts centre in Penryn, and are now following this up with headline gigs at Windmill City Farm and Cafe Kino in Bristol.

The band have just started recording their first album but have recently released a set of demos on Bandcamp. These are recorded live in the room at home during one of their rehearsal sessions, on one Zoom microphone in the centre of the room. These demos will give you a good representation of the sound and energy that they create in a live performance.
