We’re delighted to announce that we’re teaming up with Frome’s Cheese & Grain for a series of “Cheese Presents…” shows this year, with the first coming up on us super quick!
Our favs and narrowboat heroes, Fly Yet Fly headline the first such event with an act we’ve been keen to have over for a while in the shape of HUSHWING.
As you’d expect from both the Cheese & Grain and from The Pump, this will be a quality affair of exciting new music, in stunning surroundings!
With their own distinctive blend of delicate folk, Fly Yeti Fly weave rich vocal harmonies, intricate guitar arrangements, mandolin and harmonica into beautifully crafted songs full of warmth and character.
The Wiltshire-based duo write about connection, community, nature and the changing seasons, creating a sound that carries echoes of the late-’60s folk scene while remaining unmistakably their own.
Now living aboard their canal boat on the Kennet & Avon, their music has become increasingly inspired by the rhythms, landscapes and ever-changing pace of life on the water.
Known for intimate, captivating live performances and a genuine warmth that radiates from the stage, Fly Yeti Fly have earned praise from BBC Introducing and the independent music press alike.
