Rural France + Clock Radio + fela dekota

Saturday 11th May 2024

Tickets £FREE advance / £FREE on the door ♦ doors 7.30pm

4 or the lowest fidelity acts that we could find doing the rounds. And a real scene love-in too.

Rural France aka Teenage Tom Petties, are only from HOLT. Their record was mastered by Ian Farmer of Modern Baseball (Nuts huh?). Their 90s soundis akin to Pavement, Guided By Voices, Teenage Fanclub. You get the jist.

It’s rad as fuck and had some great lyrics, such as the teenage heartbreak of “You’re wearing his t-shirt when you should be wearing mine”.

Supporting the show will be Ravetank, our perennial lo-fi hero. He has supported Spare Snare, Andy Bell (Ride) and others just in Trowbridge alone in recent years. Bath based fela dakota and another holt resident, N O V A will be opening the show.

All the lo-fi buzz you can set a tape deck on, and all the heart a battered guitar can muster. AND free entry. We’re good to you 😉
